The space:
We are a15-unit complex located a block and a half west of Sparrow Hospital. The units we have available are beautifully furnished two-bedroom one-bathroom apartments. You will have easy access codes to enter the building, free on-site open parking, and easy access to many local treasures to explore from Lugnut’s Baseball to the campus of Michigan State University.
Guest access:
While staying at the apartment you will have full access to the unit. You will also be given code to the laundry room located at the rear of the property.
Other things to note:
We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the unit. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $500 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking in the unit.
This building has secure coded entrance doors to the building and separate locks for the individual unit, it is very well lit in the evenings and has security cameras around the exterior allowing you to feel safe and secure while staying with us.

*We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short-term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*
Additional requests:
I do not believe in asking guests to clean the unit when charging a cleaning fee. Having said that, not leaving the unit too messy is always appreciated. Remember to log out of any TV apps and please lock the door behind you.
