Perfect for couples, the business traveller or those needing to be near the university. The apartment is only 5-10 minute walk from the centre of town, train station and UCLAN.

It is located on the ground floor and overlooks the quiet cobbled tree-lined cul-de-sac. The living space has high ceilings and a big tall bay window letting lots of warm light through.
