Large, well maintained home in a quiet neighborhood minutes from interstates 71, 64 and 65 and downtown. Within walking distance of Frankfort Ave, home to some of the best restaurants in town, wonderful little boutiques, antique stores, and high end resale shops. Five star experience. Plenty of parking. Gourmet kitchen and spa master bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower with bench. 6 smart TV's with Netflix and hulu. Includes use of patio with barbecue grill and laundry facilities. Patio closes at 10 p.m. each evening to be respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Parties are strictly prohibited. I have 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room over the garage accessible through the master bedroom which acts as a 4th bedroom. I have two bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with a full size bed and the bonus room has 2 twin beds. In addition I have 2rollaway beds and a pack n play as well as a full-size air mattress. This outside of this property is equipped with 24 hour security cameras. I run an ozone generator in between guests to kill virus and bacteria. There are air purifiers based around the house if you would care to use them.
