The large, well-equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine makes for a wonderful space for entertaining with its large dining table seating up to six guests. The property boasts not one but two generous and cosy sitting rooms. The lounge with feature inglenook fireplace and electric living flame fire provides the ideal spot for curling up with a thrilling movie at the end of a long day, whereas the summer sitting room with air-conditioning and additional dining table is perfect for enjoying a light lunch or losing yourself in a book or two. Situated in the older part of The Piggery which is accessed via a hallway from the kitchen, the master bedroom has a 5' king-size bed and is directly next to the main bathroom which features a bath with hand-held shower, wash basin and WC. In the newer part of the building is bedroom two with a 4'6 double bed and en-suite shower room.
Outside, guests have access to a private courtyard garden with rattan garden furniture and your very own hot tub. There is also off-road parking provided for up to two cars. The Piggery is situated next to a working livery yard so guests can enjoy the tranquillity of the horses grazing in the nearby fields or the clip-clop of the horses' hooves as they return from a ride. Guests are also welcome to fish in the 2 acre lake at the Wakes Hall Lodges site nearby.
