Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Large, clean and comfortable with a designated parking space

Negative: No air con, no fan and not all windows opened. Company that hosts the property are terrible - I went to check in at 4pm (designated time) no key in the lock box as the room was still being cleaned. You have to pay a non refundable £29.99 through their portal or have £350 hold out on your account for up to 2 weeks. I paid the £29.99 it came out of my bank but didn’t register on their portal so I couldn’t get the access details to the flat. I then had to pay again. I am still battling with the company nearly 2 weeks later to get a refund for one of the £29.99 payments - as yet I am still waiting for them to check their bank account 🤬
