Very comfortable and well laid out detached cottage. Log burning stove to keep you warm in the cooler months. Downstairs loo and washing machine. Separate coats and boots cupboard. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with king and one with double bed. One on-suite and one family bathroom. Ample wardrobe space and chest of drawers. Sofa bed in the living room is a double bed, let me know if you need it so I can provide bedding.

A lovely pub at the end of the road, Teifi Inn, is open Tuesday to Sunday and serves delicious food, can highly recommend the Sunday lunches. Walking distance to the Teifi pools, 30mins drive to the coast at Aberystwyth and 40mins to Aberaeron. 10mins drive to the beautiful Hafod estate, with many picturesque walks along the Ystwyth River. Devils bridge is about 15mins drive away, beautiful waterfalls there. Plenty of National Cycling routes close by. Breathtaking Elan valley close by, many walking and cycling routes there. Beautiful views of the reservoirs as you drive through, very quiet and remote. Tregaron town nearby (12mins) with chemist, doctors, Spar and takeaways and cafes
