Oak beams, a huge inglenook fireplace and lovely cottage garden welcome you to our lovely 14th century home.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and 100% cotton bedding. Both have views of the church. The master bedroom has a small en-suite shower room. There is an additional shower room downstairs.
The lounge/dining area features a large inglenook fireplace, three sofas and dining table easily seating 6 people. We have a large kitchen/breakfast room overlooking our garden and ancient meadows beyond.
Coddenham is a picturesque village comprising a number of old, historic buildings, a village shop (owned and run by the community) a country club, community Centre, tennis courts and numerous footpaths for enjoying Suffolk on foot.
further afield is the prestigious Retreat East restaurant and spa complex - 20 minutes on foot and the Highwayman Pub and restaurant about a half hour's walk, both along footpaths.
Coddenham offers easy access to the A12/14 to Bury St Edmunds Cambridge to the west, London and Constable Country to the south and Woodbridge, Sutton Hoo (as per the recent film 'The Dig'), Aldeburgh and Southwold to the east. Norwich is an hour's drive north along the A140.
Nearby rail stations can be found at Needham Market, Stowmarket and Ipswich.
