As well as central heating, the sitting room and dining room both have open fires. The kitchen/breakfast room and the utility room are equipped to a high standard with all modern conveniences. There is a Smart TV, DVD player, DAB Radio/bluetooth ipod dock & free unlimited wifi plus books, games & DVDs. There is a mature, enclosed, private garden with patio & gas BBQ.
