The Space:
Come on in and explore this lovely cottage! It's cozy and welcoming, ideal for relaxing. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom two has a double bed, and bedroom three has a single bed. The living area is open, with comfy seating and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and a drip coffee maker. Enjoy the patio or balcony with fresh air and views. There's a BBQ grill, a fire pit, a lakefront, a sandy beach, and a private dock.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and property except the garage. It is important to note that there is only room for TWO vehicles at this property. There is no room for trailers or additional vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
We are located on the south east end of Torch Lake. Minutes from the famous sand bar, the quaint town of Alden, only 20 minutes to Bellaire, and only 30 minutes to Traverse City.
Other Things to Note:
There is only room for two cars at any time. The end of the dock is shallow and may not be deep enough for a speed boat - depending on water levels. A pontoon will be fine! If you have a boat, you must not tie it on the dock. It must be tied to the mooring anchor. This is non-negotiable. No Smoking at any time and no pets allowed. No exceptions!
