This property is the perfect place for group getaways. The cottage has two bedrooms on the first floor with a chef's kitchen (Viking range and Oven). The main living area has a 60-inch flat-screen and seating for guests to watch the big game. There is also a high-top table as well as a kitchen island with seating for 2. The main floor has a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer. The downstairs area has a full-size refrigerator and a bathroom with a tub. This area would be a great place for playing cards and board games.
Located one mile from downtown Fontana, which has multiple restaurants, a beach, and in the summertime, multiple marinas to rent boats, jet skis, and paddle boards. Williams Bay is a close 3.5 miles away and has additional restaurants, a beach, and a beautiful elevated walking trail.
Take a beautiful 15-minute drive to Downtown Lake Geneva to experience incredible shopping and dining. Make sure you take a water tour of the lake on one of the many Lake Geneva Cruise Line Boats. These tours give you an up-close look at the lake's historic homes. Lake Geneva is also the perfect place to get a souvenir to remember your trip!
