Three bedroom, one bath house with a full dining room, kitchen and Living room. Has 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, a full size pullout sofa, and a sofa bed. Full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, and cooking/eating utensils. Living room has a Roku TV (you just need to sign in to your favorite streaming site). Outside deck with seating, outside gas grill, and a hot tub.
This is setup like a duplex style, and we do rent the other side of the house for an added price. This will add 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 futon and a bar area with extra living room.
GUESTS NEED TO BRING TOWELS AND LINEN FOR THEIR STAY. Beds have mattress covers and pillows are provided on the bed, will need to bring pillows for the couches.

Our property has a three bedroom house and six one bedroom cabins that can be rented on their own or we have people who rent the whole place for their friends/family getaway. Each cabin has a view of the lake, its own patio area and a charcoal grill to enjoy on the perfect summer nights! have decks, where you can sit outside and enjoy the lake views. Our individual cottages are Clean and recently remodeled with boat docks for each cottage rental. They have their own yard space with Barbeque grills, picnic tables. We are located right on Shaffer Lake Front with walkable lake level property.
Our fire pit is always available with adult supervision. We have a designated swimming area, there is no life guard, children have to be supervised with an adult at all times. You can fish off of our docks, or just put a chair on the dock and enjoy our sunsets.
*** Guests do need to bring bedding ( sheets and blankets) and towels for their stay
