Welcome to our cozy, family-friendly, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home nestled in The Hideout, Lake Ariel. Immersed in the woods, this Lake Ariel home boasts a deck with gas and charcoal grill, fully equipped kitchen, and access to shared amenities such as lakes, beaches, pools, a skill hill, golf course and so much more. Where your relaxing in front of the fireplace or roasting marshmallows on the fire-pit, this home has plenty of space to spread out.
Within the Hideout community:
Amenity badges will be provided for access to the lakes and pools. Rentals are available for kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, row boats and canoeing. Contact Aquatics Department for pricing and availability. (Boats with motors Not available for rent).
The Hideout has a 9-hole Golf Course, Ski Hill, New Sports Complex, Basketball Courts, Baseball Fields, Tennis Courts, ceramics, 2 Pools, 2 Beaches, and a Mini Golf course. The homeowner cannot be held responsible for any closures of any/all amenities during rental period.
This is a gated community and registration is needed at least 72 hours prior to gate access or access to the home. Property Manager will contact primary renter and provide registration form. The community controls the POA Registration fee.
Outside of the community:
You will be in close proximity to Apple picking at Lakeland Orchard & Cider, Wineries, Axe Throwing, Lake Genero events, Reapers Revenge haunted house and light show, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Claws & paws wild animal park, Pocono Action Sports, Kalahari Water Park, Paintball, ATV's and so much more.
Please bring your own Linens (Sheets, pillow cases for beds and Towels are NOT provided). Paper goods like Napkins, Paper towels and toilet paper are limited and not supplied so plan to bring your own. Food and drinks are also Not supplied. Firewood is not supplied.
Linens:
Sheets and towels are available for rent. There would be a flat fee of $110.00 for as many bed linens as you need and includes towels, hand towels, wash cloths and dish towels. After booking let us know if you want to rent the linens and we will apply the extra fee.
If you are bringing your own Linens there are:
- 1 Queen sized bed
- 4 Twin Sized beds
- 1 Full sized bed
As much as we love pets, they are not allowed on the property.
Early or late Check in/ check out:
If there is no other renter scheduled before or after your stay and would like to check in early or check out late, there will be an additional fee of $15 per hour.
Smokers:
Absolutely NO smoking inside the house or you will receive a $500 fine. There are 2 designated smoking areas on premises outside the House.. Please no smoking around or near propane tanks. Please do not litter and throw your cigarette butts on the ground or you will receive a $100 fine.
