Welcome to Cozy Trio Cottages! Cozy Trio Cottages are 3 adorable cottages that are perfectly set up for you to make memories & relax while you reconnect w/friends & family. W/arguably the best beach in Lexington & Port Sanilac, it is the perfect place for you to make memories at! Your first words will be "wow"! We offer kayaks, beach supplies, corn hole, & more! There is both a gas grill & a charcoal grill for the family grilling days!
-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:
- No more than 6 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
