There is a large downstairs wc / wet room and the farmhouse is reasonably level throughout. There is a single step down into the games room. All six bedrooms are upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are accessed by a wider than average staircase with handrails to both sides. The patio area is level leading out from the kitchen.
