Summary: Lovely clean comfortable hotel, in fantastic location and staff were lovely too. I’ve gave 3 stars as I had booked this on book now pay at property but two weeks before my stay they took the money off my card held on hotels.com. No communication from them to say they were doing this, they just took it. Then when I got to the hotel to check in they offered me an upgrade for an extra cost when I think they should have done as a good will gesture.
