The space
Our flat has been beautifully designed with high quality furnishings. Admire the original cornicing, fireplace, and high ceilings, while appreciating modern amenities such as a large smart TV, fast WiFi, washer-dryer machine, and dishwasher.
The flat is over the top three split-level floors of a 4 storey townhouse, and so there are a number of stairs. Two rooms on the middle floor will be locked off, leaving a spacious 1,300 sq ft flat with a bedroom and two studies, one of which can be used as a single bedroom for a guest. Kitchen Living Room:
This room boasts impressive high ceilings, whimsical Kit Kemp designed wallpaper mural, Arflex sofas and a Davide Groppi moon light. A large flat screen TV will give you access to Netflix and other channels. High speed fibre Wifi and a large dining table provide a comfortable place to dine or host guests. The kitchen has a Smeg range cooker, reidel wine glasses and modern AEG fridges and freezers.
Bedroom:
The comfy double bed and remote-controlled black out blinds will ensure that you sleep comfortably.
Private Terrace:
The flat has a private balcony which overlooks the tree lined rail-way and terraced houses. Acoustic double glazing means the trains are barely audible indoors. The view is towards the City and at certain times you should be able to see the Shard.
Bathroom:
This bathroom holds a spacious marble shower, toilet and upcycled antique vanity.
Upstairs Study:
This South-facing study gets plenty of light. You will be able to use the monitor that is already set up there and can be connected via a USBC port.
Downstairs Study:
Also South-facing, this study has picturesque book shelves a spare single bed and monitor that is already set up and can be connected via a USBC port.
