Please note that although the 1life leisure facilities are free of charge, the spa facilities, including the outdoor hydrotherapy pool, incur an additional charge for a 3-hour session, and booking prior to arrival is required, on arrival, please proceed to the waterfront hotel, spa & golf, the receptionist will then advise you of the location of your accommodations, children may use the leisure center indoor pool only during family swim times, breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 10:00 at weekends and bank holidays, please note that the property does not allow group bookings of more than 9 rooms, the waterfront hotel does not accept third-party payments or advance payments within 3 days of arrival, please note that the gravel pit brasserie and bar will be closed from 13:00 on december 31st as we prepare for our new year's eve gala, which is exclusive to guests booked on to this package, to enhance security and streamline your experience, we’ve made some updates to our payment processes: prepayment option: if you are due to pay for your reservation at the property, and you’d like to prepay for your stay, please ensure payment is completed at least 72 hours before check-in. for last-minute bookings, payments can be made on arrival via chip and pin, easy dining payments: from 1st march 2025, meal allowances will no longer be accepted. instead, you can enjoy the flexibility of paying directly at the resort and claiming expenses through your company, convenient ‘pay as you go’ system: to keep things simple, we’re replacing bedroom accounts with a pay-as-you-go system for food, drinks, and extras. if your booking includes bill-back, this will cover the booked rate only, please note that scaffolding work will be visible at the hotel's entrance for approximately two weeks from march 22nd, 2025. work will not take place until 09:00 daily.
