Located just over the road from a gorgeous sandy beach in the heart of the vibrant town of Ryde Isle of Wight, the East Street Beach House has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
A short walk from Portsmouth to Ryde ferry links, this beautiful modern and bright interior designed home is ideally suited for families, with on site parking for two cars. It has sea and beach views from the master bedroom, 4 additional bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen/diner, stylish lounge and a sunny garden.
The space is newly decorated bright, airy and modern and has underfloor heating throughout.
The top floor has the master bedroom, a beautiful room with sea views, a kingsize bed and a TV with Netflix, an additional twin bedroom and a shower room with loo and walk in shower.
The middle floor comprises two double bedrooms with large picture windows and built in cupboards, a family bathroom with bath, shower, and loo, and a bunk bedroom. Also on this floor is an office/work space with a desk.
The ground floor has a well-appointed kitchen/dining room, with a dining table and seats for ten people. There is also a modern and comfortable lounge, also with seating for ten, patio doors with views out to the garden, and a TV with Freeview and Netflix. The ground floor hallway has hooks for coats and bags, and there is an additional bathroom with loo.
Outside are wide steps up to a wonderful sunny garden, laid mostly to lawn, with a large dining table to seat ten, a huge 6 burner bbq, swings / hanging chair and a fire pit area. There are steps down from the garden to the private parking area which is paved.
We provide a welcome hamper with tea, coffee, bread, butter, eggs, milk, jam and orange juice.
The Smart TV is equipped with Netflix & we have some books and games for you to use, as well as free Wifi.
For those beach days, we provide a beach bag with beach towels for you to borrow during your stay.
If you are bringing a little one, we can provide a travel cot and high chair, a baby monitor and room darkening shades.
A barbecue with utensils, hairdryer and iron are all included.
You will have the whole house and garden to yourselves.
