After the booking you should shortly receive a personal "guest area" link where you can fill in all required pre-check-in info, upload your id/passport, and settle the payment for the £150 security deposit, we require a valid copy of the driver's license or passport. just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the id should be the same on your airbnb account, ***for third-party booking, we still require your id and the id of the guest who will be staying in our apartment, for the security deposit, you should be reimbursed within 7-14 days after check-out depending on your bank processing time, and subject to an inspection of the property, note: the security deposit is held and then re-authenticated every 7 days and it will be released 3 days after check out. to avoid this you can send the £150 security deposit through bank transfer. however, the refund will be processed 7 days after the check out date, we operate a self-check-in. the key should be collected from the store (key collection details will be visible on the guest portal), if you would like an early check-in or late check-out please let us know. it's depending on availability, early check-in prices (if available - please message us):, 9 am - 12 pm - £49, 1 pm - 1:30 pm - £30, 2 pm - 2:30 pm - £20, 3 pm - 4 pm - £9, late check-out prices (if available - please message us):, 11 am - £20, 11:30 am – 12 pm - £30, 12:30 pm – 1 pm -£40, 2 pm - 5 pm - £60, 5 pm onwards – purchase cost of an extra night, house rules:, ***we provide one complimentary cleaning for long-term stays (24 nights and above), ***cleaning fee is £59 for additional cleaning, ***we don't provide extra towels, sheets, or bedding. you can request a replacement with a fee: £20 to replace the sheets, £10 to replace a set of towels, ***guests will receive a welcome kit. the welcome kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:, dish soap, dishwasher pods, one kitchen sponge, laundry detergent (for apartments with washer/dryer), two trash bags, in addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest, two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom, one full roll of paper towels in the kitchen, some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and salt, ***parties or events are not allowed. if guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund, ***no smoking! no vaping! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit, ***no loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. in the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. if our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund, ***no additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. no visitors of any kind.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
