Summary: The room floor was dirty when we arrived. After contacting the front desk we were told they would come clean the room so we went out for a bit. We came back and no one had serviced the room. We tried again the next day and were once again told the room would be cleaned. It was not. The lock on the door was also broken and fire alarm removed. We were not offered another room or any other accommodations.
