This is a newly built, spacious three storey home with three doubles and one king bedroom, a large kitchen/dining room, a lovely lounge area, fantastic garden and just a 5 minute drive/bus journey into the city. This is a fantastic property for a family/group to visit Cambridge and all it has to offer with the added bonus of free street parking.

Perfectly situated on the edge of the city, you can cycle into the centre within 12 minutes and drive quickly (outside of rush hour). The Park and Ride is next to the development and runs every 10 minutes so access to the city is super easy! There is a lovely park on the development and an M&S and Co-Op on site. There's also a cafe if you fancy a coffee or bite to eat. Larger supermarkets are a mere 5 minute drive away such as Tesco and Aldi.

As the property is a new build, it's location on maps isn't always precise. For clarification this property is on the brand new estate behind the Newmarket Road Park and Ride.
