Right between Dennis Village and the Dennis Bay side beaches is a lovely coastal neighborhood, known for the walking paths that lead to Shore road and the beaches. Tucked in that neighborhood (and closer to the beach than the village). This corner lot home has been remodeled, attention to detail is evident throughout. We have just added this spacious open concept home to our inventory, the home sleeps 8 comfortably and It also boasts a large kitchen with center island, a spacious living room, and a 3 season room with plenty of room for the entire family. The exterior features a deck with outdoor shower as well as a gas grill. If it's proximity to water you are looking for, The home is a few hundred yards from the best beaches in world - Bayview and Mayflower beaches. Kid friendly, this beach has a low tide that allows children to explore tidal pools and allow parents to relax nearby or find their own solitude through long walks on miles of beautiful beach. The master suite and laundry are both on the first floor, a desirable amenity for many of our guests. Down at the ground floor is a walkout basement with a full bath, which makes a great place to come in and clean off after the beach or a place for the kids to hang out in their own space.
Non-refundable Administrative Fee $295 plus applicable state and local taxes. A linen package for 8 is available for an additional charge of $238.00.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
