There is a decked area and sun room by the front door, a secluded patio to the rear, unusually for Portloe the property has 2 private parking spaces but access is tight and should only be attempted in small or medium cars, there is also a large outbuilding which is perfect for storage of bikes, kayaks or SUPs.

Outside: Narrow drive leads around the property to parking area for two cars, only accessible for medium / small cars, large outbuilding with extra fridge, tumble dryer and storage space. Rear patio with built in charcoal barbecue and seating. Decked area outside the sunroom with table and chairs and views towards the harbour.
