The " Annexe " is situated on a quiet cue de sac very close to the river and capital of the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham.
The property consists of:
Open plan kitchen/ lounge, conservatory, double bedroom, shower room, private secluded south facing garden, off road parking directly outside the property.
The property is totally self contained and comes equipped with hob,combi oven- air fryer-microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer and washing machine.
There is a table and seating in the conservatory with additional seating and breakfast bar in the open plan lounge- kitchen.
Between Easter and mid Autumn seating and sun shade is provided in the garden,
the property also has free wifi.
Electricity is payable by card meter, any surplus on the meter will be refunded to you by bank transfer.
The card can be purchased from the owner who lives next to the Annexe.
No visitors are permitted in the Annexe without prior permission from the owner.
Smoking is permitted outside in the garden only.
1 dog is allowed, however there is an additional £30 per stay which is payable in advance.
