Parking is free street parking and the property has ring-style doorbells and side security camera as well as Minut noise sensors.

Children are welcome, we do not have extra child safety but can provide a travel cot and highchair on request. We do not accept pets or allow parties

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Before check-in, we will require our Short-term rental agreement to be signed. The link for this will be sent to you, along with our digital guest guide/ book. A £250 damage hold deposit is held at check-in on a card and released within 7 days. All staying guests must be registered and the lead guest must provide full details, We also reserve the right to charge the full charge amount should guests receive the automated 3 x Minut noise alerts after quiet times and continue to keep the noise level above 75dbls
