The first floor will have one bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa and a full size bathroom located in the hallway off the kitchen. The second level of the home features the master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and another full size bathroom accessible in the hallway.
Situated in this desirable Bayside neighborhood, you will find yourself having access to three Bayside beaches! Along Breakwater Road, you will find Breakwater and Upper Breakwater beaches which are public and also the shared/private Breakwater Acres Beach.
Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer located in the basement, dishwasher, gas grill and open outside shower just to name a few!
Special Note: Please know there is a chair lift that is located in the home and runs along the side of the stairway leading to the 2nd level. This is not for tenant use, but will remain in the home during the rental season.
