With a mini elevated mezzanine featuring a double bed and a lower sleeper bunk also with a double bed, it provides great sleeping spaces with a nice level of privacy.
There is a dining table for 4 people plus a comfy sofa and a large smart TV.

There's pubs, wine bars, coffee shops & a wide choice of restaurants. Bournemouth town centre is 5 minutes by car or a lovely 15 minute walk along the prom.
The famous Sandbanks peninsula and beaches are also only 5 minutes drive or a 15 minute walk. Poole old town with it's historic quay and home of Sunseeker Yachts is a 10 minute drive.
