The first floor has a large open living area with Chef's Kitchen, living room and large island for eating/gathering. There is an office on the first floor that includes a full size murphy bed. The laundry room has a large open laundry area and also a half bath.
The second floor has a master bedroom with a private bath with a stall shower. There is a shared bath with a tub/shower combination. There are three other bedrooms in addition to the master. One has a bunk bed (2 twins) with an extra twin mattress, one has a queen mattress and the other bedroom has a bunk with a twin over a full and also a trundle bed under it. Portable Crib also available. The out door patio has a large table with benches and another sitting area around a fire pit. There is also an outdoor shower!
This location is within a mile and a half of Main Street with shops, breweries, restaurants and many more activities! Falmouth Harbor with Ferries to Martha's Vineyard, and two beaches Falmouth Heights Beach and Bristol Beach. The Shining Sea Bike Path is also close by (~2 miles to an access point). The bike path extends from Woods Hole to North Falmouth.
Just 3 houses away from Great pond where you can swim in calm salt water, kayak or relax on the beach. Along the beach is ~1 mile path with lovely views of Great Pond. The path extends to the Bristol Beach area; great for walking to the beach!
