This Beach house has been fully renovated. This Fire Island Pines beach house has two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and flat screen wall mounted TV and large skylight and two dressers. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen wall mounted TV,one dresser and large skylight. The Bathroom is beautiful with a skylight , rain shower, bamboo vanity and wifi shower head speaker. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, to include a gas stove and over the stove microwave and dishwasher. Quartz counters with seating for six. All the small appliances you'll need plus fully stocked dishes and cooking utensils. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious deck. The living room has a flat screen wall mounted TV, gas fireplace, skylights and vaulted ceilings. Very nice mission style furniture that folds out for guests. The yard consists of a large deck, beautiful pool, grill and deck furniture. six person dining table with umbrella and a cozy wicker nook. There is a large outdoor shower, washer dryer and room for storage. Pet friendly! You are no more than a few minutes away from the ocean beach or the harbor that has restaurants, groceries and bars to dance the night away. Beach chairs are provided as well as a wagon and towels.

Summary: The entire experience of booking this trip through the very last day, exceeded my expectations. Ginger, the owner, was extremely responsive from the start and helpful with suggestions either through email or the bible binder they provide in house for guests. The home was perfect for what we wanted: clean, beautifully maintained, private pool, central location, close to both the beach and the ferry/town. THe house was so well stocked with amenities, you truly did not need to bring but the bare essentials. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, sand & pool toys, well stocked kitchen with cooking tools and condiments...I could go on. Every detail of the listing was spot on, if not slightly understated(modest). Highlights of our stay, aside from the obvious pool/beach, feeding two baby deer and their mama from the deck. The outdoor shower was also the sleeper MVP of the trip- I think only one shower was taken indoors the entire week! We would definitely love to visit this home again and encourage anyone considering this place to book and have a fabulous experience.
