Welcome to the perfect Hampton Bays getaway! This 3 bedroom light-filled home islocated in Squiretown Hampton Bays and is situated on 1/2 acre of private woodland. It includes a pool, BBQ, indoor fire place and an outdoor fire pit! There is a deck for grilling while having the luxury of being a short walk to the local bay for beautiful sunsets.

This home is filled with a ton of natural light, modern appliances and modern finishings. The open plan living kitchen space has high ceilings and allow you to enjoy the spacious kitchen/breakfast bar while overlooking the living/dining room which also has a wood burning fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms where each has their own private patio and the downstairs king has an office space /desk for remote working and private bathroom. The Queen bedroom has 2 skylights and is full of natural light where there is also a Stokke converted toddler bed if needed; there is also an option of a Bugaboo travel crib for a littler one (please request) . All bedrooms have blackout blinds/curtains. Outside you have a pool which is cleaned weekly with loungers, umbrellas, BBQ outdoor dining table and deck chairs. The area has a plethora of wonderful restaurants, as well as marinas and farmer's markets. Please note that we can accommodate 6 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby (travel crib).
This home is in a private location and can certainly offer you a magnificent getaway, staycation, or a temporary environment to work.
The property is private and youwill have access to the main house, pool, patios and garden (garage guest suite is a separate apt which will be locked and left unbooked if booking this main houseunless added onto the main booking- see below)

Equipped with a coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and toaster, it's designed for your comfort. The apartment boasts a separate toilet/shower facility from the main house, ensuring privacy, and it has its own dedicated entrance for your convenience.
