You enter Hill House Country Estate into a large and spacious hallway. To your left you will find a beautifully appointed dining room with high ceilings and a fireplace. In the next room you find a light and colourful living room with large windows and a large flat screen TV. Next you have the drawing room, the perfect place to sit and read a book or do a painting, this room faces out to the large patio and garden area.
Next on offer on the ground floor is a utility and kitchen/diner. Here you will find all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen has large doors opening out onto the patio and hot tub area. The kitchen offers a large dining table that opens up to seat up to 13 guests, a breakfast bar, wine cooler, two dishwashers, a double oven and two hobs to make cooking easier.
