Summary: I had no hot water for 1st 3 dats of stay in shower . Also ice machines did not work on 2st or 5th floor. While they finally fixed they water ni one ever spoke about any options to compensate or change rooms. I was away atteding to a sick relative and will need to continue my stay over thr next two weeks and i am dissapointed being a hilton honors member with the response & accomidation
