Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Underground parking, gym, pool, beds very comfortable, clean, continental breakfast, staff was helpful

Negative: Driveway very slippery. Not the hottest water, ceiling fan didn't work, no shuttle driver as advertised, frig did not work, booking as a hospital patient wasn't easy, breakfast was just OK (omelet eggs are powdered) , cleaning staff did not speak English

Summary: Really clean and comfortable but the little things add up; not worth the cost
