Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We couldn't call them, nobody answered. Someone texted me asking to the text them and then never texted me back. The staff in person were lovely and very helpful/accommodating though.

Negative: The place was very very rough. If it was thirty pounds cheaper it might be acceptable, but they shouldn't be charging £100 a night for this. The shower was missing it's head, there were holes in walls.
