Positive: The location is amazing. Perfect position for visiting all Tynemouth has to offer . The views are absolutely stunning . Sunrise was breathtaking. Could not be in a more perfect spot .

Negative: The cottage could be a beautiful house . It needs a thorough deep clean & floors , carpets replaced . The showers were full of mould & seals were hanging off . The kitchen was filthy so we could not cook there . The whole house needs a complete overhaul . The private parking is just parking on the road outside of the house . It makes it hard for the private parking bays belonging to other properties to swing in & out . The garden could be amazing but definitely is not . I'm not even going into what the hot tub was like !!!! Overall we had a great time because of where the cottage is but it would have been so much better if the cottage was clean & fresh . If I had of taken my family there for a holiday instead of visiting with friends I would have walked out . Such a shame because the cottage could be beautiful if some money was spent on it . The sofa also smelt really bad so we spent our time at the kitchen table or outside
