Vista Del Mar is a charming, rustic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home tucked above the village of Anchor Bay. A short walk to the Anchor Bay beach and set just above the historic Anchor Bay cemetery, this home has small-town charm, reminiscent of simpler times. A short walk takes you to the trail to Anchor Bay beach, with a day-use fee for access. The village shops are about two blocks from the house and include the White Cap Cafe with great coffee drinks and treats; Anchor Bay Thai Kitchen with authentic dishes; and the Anchor Bay Store for almost anything you could need or want during your stay.
The dining room has large windows that let in a lot of natural light and are perfect for watching the sun set while you're eating dinner. Directly off the dining room is a simple yet fully equipped kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating, a cozy woodstove and a slider to the front deck where you can enjoy the gas BBQ grill.
A few steps up, you will find the guest bathroom with a tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and views of the ocean. The master bathroom has a shower stall.
Just down the hall there is a door to a small outside sitting area, which is a wonderful place to start or end each day of your vacation listening to the ocean or the birds and enjoying the quiet neighborhood setting.
