You'll discover a large private terrace area at the front of the property boasting gorgeous sea views. Breathe in the sea air as you dine at our luxury outdoor dining table and char set overlooking the sea.
The terrace also comes with a couple of sun loungers for those lazy sunny afternoons.
Inside the property you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a very large open plan living room / dining room area and a downstairs w.c
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has 1 double bed and a single, the 2nd room has 2 single beds and the 3rd room contains 2x bunk beds (4 beds in total)
There is a full bathroom and a second shower in another room.
The location just couldn't be better. Outside of the property there's a small hill leading down to the sandy beach where you'll find ice cream parlours, more cafe's and restaurants, the casino and miles of sandy beach.
Adventure Island Theme Park is along the seafront also just a short 15-20 minute walk away and there you'll find lots of amusement arcades, bars, more ice cream parlours and Southend Highstreet where you'll be spoilt for choice for things to do.
