With its upside-down layout, enter Heron House on the first floor, where you'll step into the expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in natural light, framing breathtaking views of the Gannel Estuary. Sliding doors open directly onto the sun terrace and barbecue area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
The contemporary kitchen is superbly equipped with an induction hob, two ovens, large fridge, two wine fridges, two coffee machines (pod and filter coffee), cocktail making kit and two dishwashers. A Quooker tap offers hot, cold, filtered, sparkling, and boiling water at the touch of a button. There is also a large marble breakfast bar with six stools, for leisurely dining. Adjacent to the kitchen, a separate pantry boasts an American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, and everything you need to cook and bake to your heart's content.
