Jubilee is an attractive, detached cottage set on the Graythwaite Estate, five miles from Hawkshead in the Lake District National Park. With three bedrooms including one king-size double with en-suite and two twins (one on the ground floor), this cottage can sleep six people. There's also a shower room and a ground floor cloakroom along with a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is off road parking and a side patio area with furniture. Jubilee shares fantastic on-site facilities including a swimming pool, a 2.5-acre trout fishing lake, a table tennis room, fitness suite and many acres of grounds to explore. A wonderful choice for a holiday break in the lovely Lake District.

Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Mobile phone signal may be limited due to the location of the property. Please Note: This property has a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond. The swimming pool can be booked for 45 minute private sessions, All guests can pre-book up to a maximum of 3 swimming slots ( or 2 slots for short stays 2 and 3 nights ) 7 days prior to arrival by contacting estate@graythwaite.com (Please bring swim towels, as the towels provided are only for use in the property).
