The open design LR-DR-Chef's Kitchen-Sitting Room offers plenty of seating + eating options. Each of the BRs + BAs exude elegance and comfort. Main floor primary guest suite has an ensuite bath. Lower level has a home theater + gym and opens to a huge deck, infinity pool, a big patio and firepit!
THE SPACE

When describing the many socializing areas in this amazing home, the question is where to start? The main level has a spacious, beautifully appointed living room with lots of comfortable seating choices and French doors opening out onto an inviting wraparound balcony – more about that below. And did we already say there are magnificent views of Lake Michigan from this property? Well, it can’t be overstated! The living room has them, as does the Chef’s Kitchen and breakfast nook, where snacks or delicious meals can be enjoyed while looking out onto the grand vistas the lake offers you and your guests. It should come as no surprise that all the kitchen appliances are top-of-the-line – plus the gas range is in the center of a captivating marble-top island – and we’ve made sure you have all the essentials you need to cook to your heart’s content. And when you wish to gather all your guests together for a meal, the formal dining room provides a superb setting, both graceful and intimate.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a large family room for relaxing – with a wet bar, pantry cabinets, and countertop space - plus a home gym with space for yoga and a state-of-the-art home theater with 12 posh movie-style seats and a huge screen for viewing your favorite movies or shows in style!
To access the upstairs bedrooms, the home has 3 separate staircases. The stone staircase will access 2 bedrooms (A queen bedroom has views of the lake, the other bedroom has 2 twins with Juliette balconies). There is not a bathroom on this side of the upper level. The other 2 staircases will lead you to 2 twin bedrooms (one with a sitting room), a bathroom and a second laundry room.
All of the bedrooms feature upscale styling and accessories, as well as top-quality bedding and linens to ensure a wonderful night’s sleep.

The Master bathroom is beautiful in design and feel, with all the bells and whistles one could imagine – including a spacious walk-in shower with zero edge entry. However, in each and every bathroom of this exceptional vacation home – some of which have walk-in tile showers, while others have glass-enclosed shower-tubs – all the fixtures and décor are premium quality to add luxurious richness to you and your guests’ experience. There’s also a second fully equipped laundry room with high-end washer and dryer on the lower level
It’s not just the interior that has amenities in plentiful supply here. Outside, you have an infinity pool surrounded by a large deck and patio from which you’ll be treated to even more of the fantastic views of Lake Michigan – not to mention the fabulous stretch of beach you have private access to. There’s also a comfortable wraparound deck off the main floor, for when you want to grab a snack and a drink and just chill. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, as well as a nice patio dining set for sharing a meal outdoors. And don’t forget to kick back around the fire-pit and watch the evening sky light up with stars!
Union Pier is about 75 miles from Chicago and just a few miles from New Buffalo, Michigan. There are a number of great restaurants, coffee shops and breakfast spots nearby, plus a local farmers market each weekend in the summer. The roads are all very quiet and perfect for a relaxing walk while enjoying your morning coffee, and there are plenty of fun activities to check out – if you find yourself wanting a change of pace from the luxury lakefront lifestyle – during your vacation, including:
