Positive: The location was stunning, it was exactly what we wanted to allow us to have a much needed break. Mr Stewart is the nicest man! Nothing was too much trouble for him, he let us wander around the farm whenever we wanted to, spent time showing our daughter the animals and farmland and made time for conversation with us when we saw him. Girvan is just 15 mins drive with a beautiful clean beach that our dogs loved playing on, 15 mins the other direction is woodland bay, another lovely quiet beach. Fair Knowe woods is stunning but download an offline map before going as there is absolutely no signal there at all.

Negative: The downstairs double bed wasn’t the comfiest but the didn’t detract from our experience!

Summary: Loved it so much we’ve already booked for next year!
