Summary: Fairly underwhelming. What annoyed me most was that I had structured my day around checking in early to get a sauna before meetings but when I checked in I was told that I would have to pay £70 as I was outwith ‘hotel guest timings’. Never heard of a hotel spa charging it’s own guests to use the facilities before. I paid the fee quite reluctantly after trying to reason with staff only to discover a nearly empty spa! They could have quite easily waived the fee. Not good enough.
