We are a husband/wife team with a small business called Epicurean Properties. This is our full-time business, which means we are 100% focused on taking care of our guests like you and making our apartments awesome. :)
Please note that this apartment is located on the 3rd/top floor. If peace and quiet are important to you, you'll love this feature (since there are no apartments above). But there's no elevator, so please only book this home if you are physically able to climb a few steps.
This property is located in a 100% smoke-free community (no smoking of any kind anywhere within community).
Cats and dogs <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max). No commonly restricted breeds please.
