This all seasons lakefront property is tucked away on Ambrose lake. Ambrose Lake trail head is 1.5 miles from our cottage. Great for ATV, ORV, dirtbiking and snowmobliling. The trail connents south to Ogemaw Hills (18 miles) and north to Rose City (19 miles). This property has an oversized detached garge with a wood buring stove. A perfect spot to pull your snowmoblies in after a days ride.
A quite, secluded 32 acre fishing lake with ample Largemouth bass, Northern pike, Yellow perch and Blue gill. Our cottage sits on a 1 acre lot thats offers a peaceful, tranquil setting abundant in water fowl (geese, ducks, heron, loons, cranes) perfect for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, birdwatching, breathtaking sunrise/sunset.
Looking to get out on the lake for a day. Clear Lake is 1.5 miles from the cottage, with a public beach and boat launch. Don't have your own boat, check out the Clear Lake Resort website for weekly, full day or 1/2 boat rentals. Make sure you stop in at the Clear Lake Party store.
