Lakin’ It Easy the lake home with amazing views that you have been looking for! Located on the Gravois Arm at the 6 1/2 mile marker of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath accommodates 8 guest. The large covered porch offers panoramic water views and amazing sunsets. While relaxing on the porch enjoy your favorite game on the drop down TV. Relax at waters edge on the lower patio, offering loungers, fire pit, fishing and the occasional cooling splash of the lake waves.
The space
Main Bedroom features a king bed and side tables with reading lamps and usb charging station. There is a dresser, closet, hangers and smart TV in the room. Baby gate and Pack N Play are in the closet.
Second Bedroom has a queen bed, side tables, reading lamp, tower fan, usb charging station, closet and hangers. There is a full size sleeping loft the kids or even adults will enjoy.
Just outside the bedroom there is a reading/ tv flex space. The day bed/trundle, also provides additional sleeping space. There is a TV, coloring supplies and a selection of books to enjoy. Soft throw blankets to nap with.
The third bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, TV, tower fan, usb phone charger station.
There are two full bathrooms. Supplied with bathroom essentials.
Living room furniture is inviting you, to kick back and enjoy the view. Log in to your favorite streaming service on the smart TV. Board games are stocked in the tv cabinet. Relax … and just enjoy the view.
Dining table and full kitchen are steps away. Feel free to use the basic spices, oil, etc. in the cabinet. There is even coffee to get your morning started. You might want to grab a bag of ice on your way out but there are a few trays in the freezer to get you started. There is foil, Saran Wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher pods in the kitchen. Air fryer/toaster/oven, coffee pot, tea kettle, can opener, crock pot, waffle maker and crock pot available for your cooking desires. We have tried to stock the cooking essentials and dishes that will make your stay, feel just like home. Drinking water is fine from the tap. There are cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathroom if needed. A broom, vacuum and Swiffer Wet Jet in the laundry room if you need a quick cleanup, during your stay.
Full washer and dryer are available for your use. Laundry soap is on hand if you didn’t think to bring. There is an iron and ironing board available if you really need wrinkle free clothes on vacation.
Let’s finally go outside to the beautiful view and porch with multiple sitting areas. Throw something on the gas grill or the Blackstone grill while you watch your favorite game on the drop down TV.
The lower patio has loungers, umbrella, table and chairs plus a fire pit. Grab some wood at the store if you would like to enjoy a fire. Fire starter logs are available as well as a lighter to get the spark started.
There are some float toys for kids and adults alike. We do ask that you use a life jacket, there are various sizes available in the patio boxes. Please focus on safety while you enjoy your time at the lake. The lake can be busy especially on the weekends/holidays, the waves while fun can be unpredictable. The dock is available for swimming and fishing
off of.
The home is located on the lake in a rural area so bugs can be expected. We can best keep them at bay by closing doors, not leaving garbage outside and turning outside and inside lights off when not being used. The bugs are drawn to the light. Rest assure we do our part by having regular pest control treatments done. All garbage must be bagged/ tied and placed in bin at the top of the drive.

We are located approx. 25-30 minutes from the town of Lake Ozark. So gather your groceries on your way in. Enjoy the scenic drive as you curve through the country side. Once you arrive you won’t want to leave.
There is a convenience store, Dollar General, restaurants, ice cream(during season), and gas station with in a short drive from the house.
Walmart, restaurants and other shopping areas are located in Eldon, which is approx. 26 minutes away.
Several restaurants are located on the water accessible by water taxi.
