Also on the main level, there is a multi-purpose 3 season room for enjoying the views from indoors and for drying off indoors after a swim in the lake. Lower level walkout basement has new washer / dryer. Outdoor patio with gas grill also at this lower level. Lovely original interior elements from 1950’s (i.e. Mamie Eisenhower inspired bathroom). Large TV in the main room. High speed internet.
Recently remodeled guest suite upstairs, with a sleeper sofa full size bed, HDTV, recliner couch, desk and 1/2 bath. Electric baseboard heaters for custom temperature control.
