NO OLD HAND ME DOWN UNCOMFORTABLE FURNISHINGS HERE! Year round cottage (heat/AC) 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1000 sq Ft cottage, laundry in home, and the best feature...Central Air Conditioning! (Also has individual room base board heat)water heater, water softener, front porch, and new roof. Has been decorated with a 'Key West' feel. Has open concept living room (overlooking large back porch and channel/water) and large kitchen. Living room has a couch and loveseat (new March 2022) with plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. Large flat screen smart tv (full cable package & cable internet), including movie channels. Kitchen is full size (with dishwasher) and contains everything you would need to have a nice meal (only washable dishes provided, if you would like disposable please provide yourself). The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom has a comfortable plush queen size bed (new 2022) plus chest of drawers and two nightstands for your use. The second bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed (new 2022) plus a separate twin bed (new 2022). There is a large wood deck on the back of the house overlooking the channel with Polywood table and chairs to seat 6 (new 2022), four Polywood Adirondack chairs (new 2022) two sun lounge chairs (new summer 2020) and Weber gas grill (propane provided; if you run out while on your stay we ask you to take the tank and get a new one for your use and the next guests, please clean the grill (new summer 2020) after using it so the next guests are able to use it as well. A few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc are provided. Linens are also ready for your stay! (these are purchased new every two years, so no old scratchy towels and sheets!)
There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY. If smoking in the home is observed you will be charged a fee of your damage deposit to clean the furnishings and floors. Smoking is fine anywhere OUTSIDE of the home (ie, deck, etc.).
STRICT: You must vacate the property by 11 a.m. unless prior arrangements are made. Our cleaning crew only has a short window to get in and out of the property before the next guests arrive, usually the same afternoon. Please be courteous of their time and the next group checking in. For every 15 minutes over the 11:00 check out time you will be charged $25 to be collected immediately. Be courteous to others staying at the property and please leave by checkout time.
