Set overlooking Otter Lake at Lakeland Leisure Park, this 6 berth luxury caravan is the perfect location to spend some quality down time with family or friends. It's lakeside position affords peace and tranquillity, while a short walk away you can enjoy the on-site facilities including swimming pool, games arcade, golf, bike hire, children's play areas, football pitches, segways, watersports, entertainment complex, eateries, supermarket..and much more! Local charges apply for use of facilities and passes must be purchased.

PLAY PASSES: Must be purchased directly with Haven. We offer the rental facility only and cannot guarantee use of facilities on site.
The caravan offers 3 bedrooms; 2 twin rooms, and 1 master double with en-suite WC. There is room in the master bedroom for a small travel cot (please provide your own). Across from the 2 twin bedrooms is the main bathroom, with powerful shower and hot water on demand. Please note, we do not provide towels, please bring your own!
A fully modernised caravan where you will enjoy gas central heating and electric fireplace for those cooler days. A well-equipped kitchen with gas oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of kitchenware and crockery to prepare your meals. The dining table and chairs is perfect for those family meal times!
Relax on the comfortable sofa, catch up with a spot of TV or cuddle up watching a film from our DVD collection. Allow the kids some freedom as they play safely on the gated decking, or perhaps join them out there for a breath of fresh air. There's games and books to help keep them entertained!
