The space
Cutler Shores is located on Whispering Pines Lake which is known as a swimmable, peaceful lake, and has plenty of fishing opportunities. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath is a cottage style home that offers everything you will need to relax and unwind at a private beach. The beach has luscious white sand, a private dock for fishing, and a beach hut with wonderful lake breezes and incredible views. The hut is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or in the evening enjoy beautiful pink skies. It has full electric, including a ceiling fan to keep you cool on a hot summer day and lights up every night. If you’re lucky enough to stay during a full moon, it’s an amazing spot to view a moonrise.
The house offers a full kitchen (gas stove) that overlooks a secret garden and bird paradise. There is a coffee bar, dishwasher, and it’s filled with all basic appliances and cooking essentials to ensure a pleasant experience. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining room that is perfect for a special dinner or booze brunch. Our large, spacious living room and the adjoining 700 sq ft screened patio is fully furnished with a tv included, and looks out to a small courtyard with stunning lake views and a beautifully landscaped yard that includes amazing bird watching.
The master bedroom has a cozy and welcoming feel that also includes spectacular lake views. The master bath has a walk-in shower and right outside a hidden outside shower.
One guest room has a queen size bed, and the other guest room has two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with tv’s. The hallway bathroom has an antique feel with a jacuzzi tub. The front of this charming southern home is filled with large gorgeous oak trees, a driveway with 1/2 court basketball, and lights up at night with outdoor landscape lighting.
