4 Bedroom Cabin in Urbana
Come stay at our two cabins on Lake Pomme de Terre nestled in the timbers with a walking path down to the water. Located just minutes from the swimming beach, boat ramp, state park, and in-season cafe on the water. You'll love sitting on the deck in the mornings for coffee; spending afternoons boating or fishing and evenings having fun with your family or friends.
We have 2 cabins each available for rent that in total will accommodate 12 people (8 in beds and 4 on pullouts). Both cabins are about 100 yards from the water but there is NO private dock or beach on the property. The cabins are walking distance to one another and are located on a private 30 acres parcel with a thousand feet of waterfront.
First cabin - "Lakeview" - a 1400 sf cabin has 2 queen bedrooms and a 2 twin bedroom on the main floor with a full bathroom which also houses the washer and dryer. There is a sofa bed on the lower level with its own 3/4 bathroom. The dining room seats 8 and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishware and supplies and has a dishwasher as well. Linens and bath towels are provided. This cabin was remodeled in 2020 and is the primary cabin for rent. All of the beds and furnishings are new. Satellite TV, Wifi and and Bluetooth are available. THE PRICE QUOTED IS FOR THIS CABIN ALONE. Approved pets are allowed in this cabin and have an additional cleaning fee of $50.
Second Cabin - "The Cottage" - This 800 sf cabin renovated in 2020 and has a queen bedroom with a living room sofa bed and a full bath. It also has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. Approved pets are allowed in this cabin and have an additional cleaning fee of $50. THE COTTAGE CABIN WILL ONLY BE RENTED IF BOTH CABINS ARE RENTED. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $125/night plus an additional cleaning fee of $75 if this cabin is included in the rental. If renting both cabins, a request for additional payment will be made through VRBO after the initial Lakeview Cabin reservation is made. When you agree to the stated terms, you are doing so for one or both cabins.
